ColorDynamics offers an excellent benefits package to our employees. It includes health insurance that covers well-visit check ups and preventive medicine, as well as coverage for illnesses/accidents. Additionally, the company offers programs that help our employees save for the future.
An employee becomes eligible for most benefits after completing 90 days with the company. Prior to the completion of the 90-day waiting period, the employee is invited to attend a Benefits Orientation Meeting and our benefits package is explained in greater detail.
Group Health Insurance
Group Health Insurance is offered to eligible employees after 90 days of service.

We offer a choice of health insurance packages that differ in coverage and cost to meet the individual needs of our employees.

All plans are network driven with a wide network of doctors available for employees to select from.

Each plan provides prescription coverage. Prescriptions can be obtained from most pharmacies. Maintenance drugs can be ordered through a mail-order service which provides added convenience and cost savings.
Dental Coverage
We offer a comprehensive dental plan which provides complete freedom of choice regarding your dentist. Reasonable and customary charges will be covered at the following levels:

Cleanings paid at 100% up to 2 times a year and x-rays are covered once a year.

Minor restorative (ex: fillings or root canals) paid at 80% after a one-time per year per person deductible.

Major restorative (ex: crowns, bridges, and so forth) paid at 50% after deductible.

Orthodontia 50% up to set maximums.

There is a wide network of optometrists available for employees to receive the maximum level of benefits.

There is a small co-pay for the exam and for materials.

You may receive an exam one time a year and new lenses/materials once every 2 years.
Additional Benefits
The company also offers the following:

Short Term Disability plan that begins after your first year of employment.

Long Term Disability plan that may continue your salary at 60% if disabled due to an illness or accident that is not work related.

Company-paid life insurance is available, as well as voluntary optional life insurance.

Personal Time-off (PTO) that accrues to a maximum of 5 days per year.

Vacation pay which accrues to a maximum of 2 weeks per calendar year for the first 5 years; 3 weeks after 5 years; and 4 weeks after 10 years.

401(k)/profit sharing plan is available following 3 months of employment.

A Section 125 Cafeteria Plan that allows an employee the option to pay insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis as well as shelter money for unreimbursed medical expenses. This plan also allows an employee to pay dependent care costs on a pre-tax basis.

A Wellness Program that includes: medical premium discounts for participants, free lab work, mammograms, programs such as stress management, weight loss, ways to eat healthy, and a resource library.
