Internal Management Group Purchases ColorDynamics From Leach Family

Allen, TX, July 30, 2004 -- An internal management group consisting of Chuck Chalifoux, President, Paul Van Meter, CFO, and Joe Leach has purchased ColorDynamics from the Leach Family. Rosemary and Joe Leach will be the only remaining family members with an ownership position in the company.

There will be no distinguishable change to the manner or philosophy in which ColorDynamics will operate the business. The same experienced and qualified management team will continue to direct the facility. The company will continue to be an independently owned company with local decision-making capability.
